Events and activities

Suntrap is out and about (on tour funded by Great Place:Creative Connections) bringing you plenty of free activities that will brighten up your Autumn! We're taking along some of our animals to events and schools to help young people learn more about the animals as well as ways to respect and care for them and importantly to educate on environmental impacts on wildlife.

    History of Suntrap roadshow will be running at Hale End library. To close the event on Saturday 21 December 10.00-noon we'll be bringing along some of our animals.

    Chingford is next up on our library tour. Reminisce about Suntrap, share your memories and complete the interactive quiz.  On Monday 6 January our free Natural History Workshop will be running from 10.00-12.00 - what a great way to start 2020!

  • Epping Forest Visitor Centre

    Our beautiful artworks by artist-in-residence Emma Smith will be exhibited at the Visitor Centre.  Watch the space as during the Easter break we'll be running activities with volunteers from the Epping Forest Heritage Trust.
