'Our Future' is a series of talks, workshops and discussions about some of the key issues surrounding the climate and ecological crisis.
With climate education in schools falling short on one hand and an overwhelming amount of online information on the other, this series of conversations aims to create a space for young people to explore one topic at a time.
The events will include talks from leaders who are engaged and working on climate and nature-based solutions, followed by discussions to connect with the topic further.
The first in 'Our Future' series will be an online debate: "Young people can solve the climate crisis. But should they have to?" The youth climate movement is growing and growing, with thousands joining School Strikes and taking action all over the world. People are realising how important it is to include young people in decision-making in a genuine and meaningful way. But this comes with a huge amount of pressure and responsibility, read more below on how to take part.
