Events and activities

Suntrap is out and about (on tour funded by Great Place:Creative Connections) bringing you plenty of free activities that will brighten up your Autumn! We're taking along some of our animals to events and schools to help young people learn more about the animals as well as ways to respect and care for them and importantly to educate on environmental impacts on wildlife.  


  • Walthamstow Wetlands

    Our beautiful artwork of our site and natural surrounds before the refurbishment by artist in residence Emma Smith are on display in The Engine House at the  Walthamstow Wetlands.  It's a stunning backdrop for them! On until Thursday 28 November 2019.

  • Family Epping Forest Natural History Workshop

    Suntrap team will be visiting Highams Park for a free family Epping Forest Natural History Workshop.  Chance to learn more about our ancient woodland.
